You retain ownership of content you create, including journal entries, posts, and messages ("Your Content"). By posting content to community areas, you grant us a license to display it within the Service.

Your journal entries remain private and are not shared with other users.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier:

Basic features are available at no cost.

Paid Tiers:

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website.

Free Trials:

We may offer a free trial to new subscribers. The trial length and the price you will be charged afterward are always shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the displayed price. Free trials are limited to one per Apple account. If you cancel during the trial, you keep premium access until the trial ends, and your account then returns to the free tier. You always keep your account, your journal, and community access.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

SOBER MOTIVATION IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. We are a peer support community, not healthcare providers.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
